Media File Change Detection

AI can detect and mark the regions of change between two phases of photos. Now available for free during our limited-time public beta.

  • Supports comparing two phases of photos from media folders generated by the same waypoint route task.
  • Supports overhead wide-angle and zoom photos with the same resolution.
  • Local uploads or media files transferred from DJI Pilot 2 are not supported.

New Task

  1. Task Name: Enter the detection task name.
  2. Objects: Click to select objects. Choose a waypoint route first and then the media files generated by the waypoint route. After selection, photos of the same type taken in the same Take Photo (Fixed Angle) action will be automatically matched.
  3. Filter Objects: If Vehicles is selected, vehicles will not be recognized as changes.
  4. Min Change Region: A region will not be considered a change if the ratio of change-region pixels to total photo pixels falls below the specified threshold.

Click Start Detection and wait for the detection to complete.

Viewing and Editing Results

After detection is complete, you can view the change regions marked by AI.

  1. Photo Groups: Number of photo groups involved in detection.
  2. Change Regions: Total number of change regions.
  3. Modify the color of all change regions.
  4. Filter photo groups with successful detection, failed detection, or detection results with deviation. Detection results with deviation occur when the shooting angles of a group of photos vary significantly. In this case, manual review is recommended.
  5. Change Region List for Photo Groups: Displays the number of change regions detected by AI, manually modified or added change regions, and the total number of change regions.
  6. Detect Again: Detecting again will overwrite the current detection results.
  7. Result Editing: Supports editing of AI-detected change regions, including adding and deleting change regions, or modifying borders, colors, or texts. Modifying a change region in one window will also modify the corresponding change region in the other window.
  8. View Report: Click to view the report. A report will be generated, including detected object information, change region statistics, and photos and coordinates for each change. Exporting reports in PDF or DOC format is supported.

Detection Record Management

You can create, view, and manage all detection records.

Notes on On-premises Version

The media library supports intelligent detection of two sets of media folders generated by the same waypoint flight route task, and marks the changed areas.
